White-lined Honeyeaters are medium-sized nectar-eating birds.
Their front is grey-brown, with a streaked breast, while the
back is darker olive-grey, with olive edge-lining on the wing
feathers.
The yellow gape connects with a thin yellow arc under the eye,
which in turn connects to a thin yellow fringe around the back
of the ear coverts. Otherwise the head is olive-grey.
The irises are blue. The down-curved bill is dark-grey, while
legs and feet are grey.
