Description of habitat |
Coastal cliffs provide a few bird species with a type of habitat with various possible uses. There are vantage points to hunt from, but also coastal vegetation on which to feed (e.g. coastal banksia for various species of nectar-eating birds) and potential nesting spots, well away from the reach of terrestrial predators.
